Hello

Domestic video first arrived in the UK in 1971 with the Philips 1500 VCR tape series and machines and later with their 1700 models. Not really was it until 1981 when the rental market took off with it's VHS vs Beta formats and video tape hire shops that it all took off, it now all seem so far in the distant past. In my years as a service techician I remember repairing most video machines, Panasonic were my favorite models.
